Dishes available at amazing services. We appreciated the cleanliness and cute atmosphere, especially as we traveled with our 18-month-old baby who enjoyed the facilities. Some amenities were lacking, like consistent Wi-Fi coverage.

I loved incredible service.

The room in good condition. Having an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV was very convenient.

We were given a double room with good wifi & excellent maintenance-cleaning upon arrival. The hotel location was good and absolutely perfect by the sea. It was also just off the restaurant, beach and Tunisie👌

The buffet was consistently good and rich in variations. There was hardly any lack of cleanliness in the whole hotel complex. The room was tidy and was cleaned daily. All in all a very great holiday with lots of entertainment!

WLAN reception is unfortunately very weak to non-existent in between.

The staff is eager to please and it is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Food just fantastic ... Rooms always clean and perfect. And the situation was wonderful

The food is very varied, with something for every taste. Room very spacious and clean. Animation not intrusive, but many offers and very friendly animators. For little money you can explore the island by taxi, which takes about half an hour from the airport to the hotel for under 10 euros.

Unfortunately, the beach is not inviting (March), maybe it is better in summer.

I loved how close I was to Plage Dar Djerba, just a 500-meter walk away, and the beautiful Djerba Explore Park, around 2 km from the hotel. The staff were also wonderful and attentive in a Single Room with Garden View.

Booked a room with good wifi & excellent maintenance-cleaning. The service was AMAZING with parking nearby.

The swiming pool, the location near teh beach, the rooms and the building itself. The only bad side of the beach are the horse and camel riders inviting you with very insistent manners to hire a ride.

The reception staff was really surly when we checked in. When 99 % of tourists were in all included pension, we booked half pension and were treated as second class customer (they didn´t replace our gel and sahmpoos everyday). The atmosphere of the activities were a little bit sectarian. If you are independent traveller (as we are) you won´t like this childish style of vacation

It would be great if the management could find a less noisy lugage trolleys.

We were at the hotel on the occasion of our wedding and were allowed to experience everything and much more that a bridal couple wishes for. Thank you very much to all of you who have worked so hard for us!! It was great.

What a fantastic getaway! The wonderful staff and beautiful beach made our vacation good. With clean rooms with creative towel art and a great selection of food options, we felt pampered. Kids enjoyed the multiple pools and nightly mini disco. Special thanks to the entertainment team for their engaging shows!

reasonably spacious hotel with a good pool and a perfect and stunning location directly to the beach. location: the venue was short walk to the capital, the nearby supermarket el jezera and the main restaurant. explored cyclone disco lounge, that is located at a medium distance from the hotel. tbh, had a wonderful stay for 5 nights.
